Liebe bis in den Tod von Friedrich Schiller<\/p>\n

Luise Miller, eine einfaches M\u00e4dchen, liebt Ferdinand von Walter, den Sohn des Pr\u00e4sidenten. Weil der sie auch begehrt, wird die Romanze zum Drama, denn Ferdinands Vater hat anders geplant. Sein Sohn soll Lady Milford heiraten, die\n Geliebte des F\u00fcrsten, \u00fcber die er Einfluss auf allerh\u00f6chster Ebene hat. Sein Sekret\u00e4r Wurm, auch er hat ein Auge auf Luise geworfen, spinnt eine \u00fcble Intrige, die die Liebenden auseinander treibt. Ferdinand zweifelt an Luises Treue.\n Eine junge Liebe, die frei sein will von gesellschaftlichen Zw\u00e4ngen, ger\u00e4t in das Spannungsfeld der Politik. Am Ende wird der Liebende zum Selbstm\u00f6rder und M\u00f6rder nicht nur aus Eifersucht, sondern auch aus Ekel vor einer Welt, die\n seiner Vorstellung von Ehrlichkeit und Reinheit nicht gewachsen ist. Und die Erwachsenen stehen fassungslos vor dem Desaster, das sie angerichtet haben, ohne zu wissen, was tun.<\/p>\n

Unsere Inszenierung stellt folgenden Anspruch: wir wollten diesen Text der klassischen Literatur aus den Erwartungskonventionen herausbrechen, an die Entstehungszeit gebundene Bedingungen streichen und den Handlungskern in einen modernen\n Kontext einf\u00fcgen. Man kann Schillers St\u00fccke heute auf die B\u00fchne bringen, ihnen ihre wunderbare Sprache belassen und nichts klingt verstaubt oder historisch. Nat\u00fcrlich sprechen Schillers Figuren nicht wie die Menschen heute, aber\n die Konflikte, die er behandelt hat, sind brandaktuell. H\u00e4tte Schiller heute gelebt, w\u00e4re er wohl „Tatort“ – Autor gewesen.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
